Erez Rosen, Chairman of the Board

Erez served as CFO of Aladdin Knowledge Systems (NASDAQ/TASE:ALDN) a Global leader in IT Security for more then seven years.
Erez co-lead the success of Aladdin in the "Global Village", turning the company into one of the greatest high tech success stories of the post bubble era.
Erez serves on the board of directors of PowerDsine (NASDAQ: PDSN).
Prior to joining Aladdin, Erez gained extensive financial and operating expertise working for large, public multinationals in Europe (Heineken and BASF), Asia and the US. His past roles were as head of Finance and Administration of NDS Technologies (an affiliate of News Corp) and various finance/administration positions for the BASF Group in Germany and Italy.
Erez has a long resume of speaking positions on international panels, in the business press and TV/radio.
Erez holds a BA in Economics, an MBA from INSEAD and has completed The General Manager Program (TGMP) at Harvard Business School.

Avi Hartmann, Chief Executive Officer

Founded Mobiltel Communication Services and served as its CEO for three years, until it was bought-out by Pelephone (The first mobile telephony provider in the country). During this period created a development and sales infrastructure which defined, developed, and marketed a GPS-based location product for vehicles. The product was marketed under the "Shiturit" brand name. It was the first in the country to use GPS technology. The vast experience Mr. Hartmann gained in this venture allowed him to establish Starcom, along with his overseas partners.

Doron Kedem, Chief Operating Officer

Founded Mobiltel Communication Services and served as its VP for three years, until it was bought-out by Pelephone. During this period established an operations infrastructure for the practical operation of a GPS-based product for vehicle location. The product was marketed under the "Shiturit" brand name. The vast experience gained in this venture allowed him to establish Starcom, along with his overseas partners.

Uri Hartmann, Chief Technical Officer

Responsible for all software and product research and development. He developed the first VHF/GPS software solution in the country for the AVL and MSD market and pioneered the world's first software to permit the integration of the cellular phone for interactivity between the user and his/her vehicle or home directly from the cellular handset. Mr. Hartmann has developed the LCU-500, a vehicle location unit over GSM/CDMA/GPS technologies. Mr. Hartmann has over 10 years experience in this field.

Maxim Prilutsky, Managing Director of Triton and WatchLock Division

With his high verbal skills and vast knowledge in both marketing and engineering, Maxim is manager of the Triton and WatchLock division. Maxim holds a degree in engineering, and has more than 6 years experience in the marketing division of the leading cellular company in the country. This position required implementing his excellent interpersonal skills as well as his technical expertise.

Dario Visotzky, Latin America Marketing Manager

International Commerce Degree. As General Manager of the an Argentenian Chamber of Commerce he vinculated with Starcom for the first time. By now, he is in charge of development of new markets in Latin America for the company.
His acknowledge and experience in Marketing and Sales, allows Starcom to offer to its distributors in this region, a permanent support which help them to foster their activities. In this respect, Mr. Visotzky contributes with Strategic Planning and development of directs actions and promotions on those new markets.

Isaac Maina, Africa Support Manager

In charge of Starcom Sales and support in the African Region. With over 10 years of experience in Electronics and electrical technology. Certifications in CCNA, N+ and A+ and currently pursuing a B.SC in Electrical Engineering in the University of Nairobi. Mr. Maina is fluent in French and manages our French speaking countries. He has a good knowledge in and is very experienced in High Frequency electronics and electrical testing industry, including direct experience in circuit breakers, ground fault systems, and protective relay testing. He has a profound knowledge on how to install, adjust, or maintain mobile electronic communication equipment, including sound, sonar, security, navigation, and surveillance systems on vehicles.

Nurit Shay, International Marketing Manager

International marketing specialist with over 15 years experience in International marketing at high-technology industries, including GPS tracking solutions, Planar technology and loudspeakers. Vast experience in project management, business strategy, public relations, product launch, website and coordination of events. Responsible for pre-sales by initiating new sales activities worldwide, market research and also in charge of all post-sale activities.  Nurit holds an MBA degree (specialized in International marketing) from Sunderland University, UK.

Vered Garnai, Customer Relations Manager

After several years of working closely together with the company's customers, Vered is in charge of all aspects of customer service in the company, as well as managing and developing the PR and marketing communication department, including creating the "marketing packages" of all of Starcom's products.
Vered has proven great management and customer service skills gained from over six years of experience in development of customer service training programs for employees in big organizations and large scale project management.
Graduate of the Interdisciplinary College in government, diplomacy and strategy program with honors. Holds a diploma in spokesmanship and PR from the faculty of communications studies in the university.

Inbar Shevach, Logistics Manager

Responsible for handling the purchase orders from our clients, while being in a direct contact with the factories overseas to monitor the manufacturing progress, and managing the international shipping process to our worldwide destinations. Has a six-years experience as a shift manager for intercontinental flights in one of the world's leading airline, and over three years experience as the international import and export manager of Starcom. holds a diploma in English literature and history from a leading university.

Keren Mizrachi, Accounts Manager

Studied accounting and tax advising (highest level of accounting) at the college of management. Underwent a residency at two of the biggest accounting firms, and worked at the lawyers bar association for over five years with the major lawyers in the country. Has an over eight years of experience at accounting, including in famous advertising companies and TV channel.

Inna Kishinevski, Technical Support

Inna has remained the vital link between Starcom Systems technologies and its customers since 2008. She oversees all first-level customer support functions, responsible for product testing , analyzing and resolving customer queries through troubleshooting and researching.
Inna`s strong communication and leadership skills, in addition to excellent customer service skills brings her the ability to assist ,train and implement the system according to client`s requirements easily and efficiently.
Before joining to Starcom Systems , Inna was Team Leader of  Networking & VOIP support at on of the biggest Internet providers .
Inna holds a BSc in Computer Science from Clark University and MSM degree from Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

David Laor, In charge of Starcom's Technical support for Spanish / Portuguese languages.

David's in depth knowledge in IT has more than 20 years of technical and managerial positions in high technology companies, and contributes to Starcom to provide Tech support to customers in three languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese, on all Starcom´s products and services .
In his last position David served as a Web developer and IT manager assisting a public company to successfully publish and support its products and solutions. David holds a B.A in Information Technologies degree from an Institute in Mexico and a diploma in advanced CIO studies.

Sharon Groppi, Office Manager

Sharon holds a Diploma in Languages (Italian, English, French and German) and has academic background in Psychology and Education. In her last position, Sharon served as Vice Director of the Language Center, increasing the Center’s sales and successfully managing the center’s administration. Having almost 10 years of experience in administration, accounting and logistics, Sharon brings to her position great efficiency and organizational skills.
