Here are Starcom's latest news:

1. Site update - the content of Starcom System's website was updated, and is representing the current status of the company, products, and services. This update emphasizes Starcom's technological and business advantages. It also includes, for the first time, an official referral to the PL500. The content for the PL500 includes the preliminary design and specifications.

2. Specifications Updates - the Downloads section includes the latest specifications for the latest updates of the technology. The total of the features of the system, is the highest available in the market, and is presented to you for use whenever you're being asked "what's the difference between this system and another?".

3. Presentations - the downloads section now has new presentations to present the different software.

4. World map - was updated to show Starcom's activity around the world.

5. Starcom Online - new maps were added to cover Europe, Australia, North America, and more.

This includes the maps for: Canada, Dominican Republic, South Africa, Australia, Andorra, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lichtenstein, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

This maps let you give service for clients in these countries either by establishing a local system to promote the products, or by selling to individual clients for fleet managements.

6. In the nearest future we'll update the various translations of the website.

PL500 Development:

The PL500 Development is in process, and the opportunities embedded the technology we're using is beyond our expectations in few areas, including - low power management to allow running the product for a few days without recharge, events processor to let any client define the terms for the events the product will transmit (as oppose to today's LCU in which you have specific built-in events in which the unit sends message).

Nevertheless, this is the time to let us know about the needs you have in order to give better and more attractive service to the client.

We think this product has a high promotion opportunities, since the easy and rapid installation, with the attractive price, and the web application, makes it almost a retail product that doesn't require a complicated operation.

We're looking for ways to promote the product with the web in mass volumes. We'll be happy to get advices and comments and are opened for cooperation.

As estimated, the product will be available in the beginning of 2006. We expect first modules to be delivered to specific clients for testing during January 2006.
