Erez served as CFO of Aladdin Knowledge Systems (NASDAQ/TASE:ALDN) a Global leader in IT Security for more then seven years.
Erez co-lead the success of Aladdin in the "Global Village", turning the company into one of the greatest high tech success stories of the post bubble era.
Erez serves on the board of directors of PowerDsine (NASDAQ: PDSN).
Prior to joining Aladdin, Erez gained extensive financial and operating expertise working for large, public multinationals in Europe (Heineken and BASF), Asia and the US. His past roles were as head of Finance and Administration of NDS Technologies (an affiliate of News Corp) and various finance/administration positions for the BASF Group in Germany and Italy.
Erez has a long resume of speaking positions on international panels, in the business press and TV/radio.
Erez holds a BA in Economics, an MBA from INSEAD and has completed The General Manager Program (TGMP) at Harvard Business School.

A professional executive with over 15 years of experience in international corporate management, sales & marketing and business development. Currently Oren is Vice President of Business Development at Rhodium Ltd. a private investment company. Before joining Rhodium Oren was holding a variety of executive positions in corporate organizations such as Mercury Interactive EMEA (acquired by HP), Scitex Corporation (acquired by Kodak), Coopers & Lybrand Paris (later PWC) and start-up companies such as Identify Software Europe (acquired by BMC Software). Oren holds an Industrial Engineering degree and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.

Foi um dos fundadores da companhia “Mobiltel Communications Services” e serviu de Diretor-Geral dessa companhia durante três anos até que essa companhia fosse comprada pela companhia “Pelephone” (proveedor principal da comunicação telefônica celular no). Ao longo desse período, criou uma infraestrutura para elaboração e comercialização de produtos em que foi realizada a idéia - que foi implantada no mercado – do sistema de definição da localização dos veículos, com base no SGNDL (Sistema Global de Navegação e Definição da Localização). O produto foi promovido no mercado sob a marca de “Shiturit”. Esse foi o primeiro sistema no em que foi aproveitada a tecnologia SGNDL. A grande experiência acumulada pelo Sr. Hartmann durante o trabalho nesse projeto lhe permitiu fundar, junto com os parceiros estrangeiros, a companhia Starcom.

A rica experiência acumulada durante seu trabalho nesse projeto lhe possibilitou fundar, junto com os parceiros estrangeiros a companhia Starcom.

É responsável por todos os trabalhos de pesquisa e projeção referentes ao produto e à programação. Foi ele quem elaborou a primeira variante da programação VHF/SGNDL, no, para o mercado dos SDALV e dos DMM (Dispositivos de Mamória em Massa) e foi primeiro no mundo quem implantou programação que permite integrar telefones celulares na comunicação interativa entre o usuário e seu meio de transporte ou sua casa diretamente do seu telefone celular. O Sr. Hartmann elabourou o LCU-500, dispositivo para definição de localização de veículo com base nas tecnologias GSM (Sistema Global de Comunicações com Objetos Móveis) / AMDCC (Acesso Multi-estacional com Divisão Codificada de Canais) /SGNDL. O Sr. Hartmann possui experiência de mais de 10 anos de trabalho nessa área.

In charge of Starcom's Triton division. Ofer's in depth knowledge in telematic and fleet management having also more than 20 years of senior managerial positions in high technology public companies contributes Starcom to penetrate into new regions and large scale customers.
In his last position Ofer served as Executive VP Marketing and Sales assisting a public company to successfully selling its products and solutions among some of the world's largest telematic players achieving over $10M in annual sales. Ofer holds a B.S.E.E (Electrical Engineering) degree from the Polytechnic Institute of N.Y and a diploma in advanced finance.

International Commerce Degree. As General Manager of the an Argentenian Chamber of Commerce he vinculated with Starcom for the first time. By now, he is in charge of development of new markets in Latin America for the company.
His acknowledge and experience in Marketing and Sales, allows Starcom to offer to its distributors in this region, a permanent support which help them to foster their activities. In this respect, Mr. Visotzky contributes with Strategic Planning and development of directs actions and promotions on those new markets.

In charge of Starcom Sales and support in the African Region. With over 10 years of experience in Electronics and electrical technology. Certifications in CCNA, N+ and A+ and currently pursuing a B.SC in Electrical Engineering in the University of Nairobi. Mr. Maina is fluent in French and manages our French speaking countries. He has a good knowledge in and is very experienced in High Frequency electronics and electrical testing industry, including direct experience in circuit breakers, ground fault systems, and protective relay testing. He has a profound knowledge on how to install, adjust, or maintain mobile electronic communication equipment, including sound, sonar, security, navigation, and surveillance systems on vehicles.
